MPS Communications was founded in 1995 on a single guiding principle: the Client First Approach. Then known as Info-Laser Graphics, our vision was not simply to print and mail; it was to become the kind of partner that listens, adapts, and takes ownership of outcomes alongside our clients—at any scale. By bundling creative, print, and fulfillment into one seamless offering, we provided our clients with total peace of mind, delivering customized solutions for their everyday business challenges. This meant one relationship, one standard of quality, and none of the potential delays that can occur from managing multiple vendors across complex communication programs.
As our clients' data and communication needs became more complex, our operations evolved and became more sophisticated to meet new industry compliance standards. By 2011, we had established a model that combined automated quality controls with dedicated human oversight at every stage of the production process. The result was a documented 100% chain of custody and accuracy standard that reflects our core mission. We developed our process to perform consistently across both print and digital platforms, whether we were running a single campaign or supporting enterprise-wide communications.
By 2020, our investment in data security reached the industry's highest benchmarks. We became SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant—not because it was required, but because our clients deserved a partner who doesn't just state they meet the security standards but proves it.
