Scott Jelinski brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience across operations, sales, customer service, and executive leadership. With a proven track record of driving client success, he is responsible for developing and executing extensive sales strategies and optimizing market campaigns to achieve business objectives. He blends a deep understanding of market dynamics and financial principles to craft and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Scott’s distinguished career is complemented by a strong commitment to service and community. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, he served during Operation Desert Storm. His service experience translates directly to the corporate world, where he applies the same level of commitment, discipline, and teamwork to build authentic connections with clients and enhance the company's reputation across the market verticals.

Joe Coyle

Director, Client Solutions

Joe brings 15 plus years of experience in printing/graphics and coordination in the medical/HR markets. He specializes in project management, client solutions, inventory management and production coordination. As a manager and business leader, he has provided expertise and project coordination to multiple jobs, and insight into direct mailings/printing and client service in the high paced digital printing industry.

He keeps communication channels open to improve the client experience when working with MPS. Joe believes, “We need to ensure that our clients understand the processes we deploy to achieve the highest degree of accuracy, security and service for all of their needs. That is what a ‘client first’ culture delivers.”

Laurie Bilheimer

Manager, Client Solutions

Laurie Bilheimer brings over 25 years of experience in the printing industry, specializing in customer service, account management, and organizational administration. As the Manager of Client Solutions, she leads the daily operations of the department, assigning and managing project assignments to ensure successful delivery throughout each project's lifecycle.

Laurie's key strengths include meticulous attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and adaptability with shifting priorities. “I dedicate myself to gathering all the pieces, and then putting them together to obtain the best results for the customer. Customer Service is more than a job to me – It is the satisfaction of helping our clients to have the best possible experience with the company.”

Mike Whelan

Director, Production

As the Production Director at MPS Communications, Mike Whelan leverages 20 plus years of expertise in commercial printing, production, document management, and quality assurance. Mike oversees all aspects of printing and fulfillment operations, managing schedules, workflows, and resources to meet client deadlines while coordinating cross-functionally with the sales, creative, and client services teams. In addition, Mike is responsible for overseeing the digital conversion of physical records and implementing electronic content management (ECM) systems so that clients can access their files seamlessly.

Leading the production and document management team, Mike drives continuous process improvements, resolves issues, and keeps updated with industry trends. His comprehensive approach ensures efficient processes, high-quality output, and timely delivery in the production capabilities of MPS.

Steven Rydzewski

Manager, Production

As the Production Manager at MPS Communications, Steven Rydzewski is a seasoned professional with a deep expertise in mailing and color calibration. With over 25 years of experience in the printing industry, Steven is committed to upholding the highest quality standards. He meticulously oversees job tracking and validation processes to ensure 100% accuracy in all mailings. His broad knowledge encompasses a diverse range of paper types and substrates, establishing him as a versatile and adept expert in his field.

Steven's dedication to excellence is embodied in his personal motto: "Making better… Better!" This philosophy drives his continuous pursuit of improvement and commitment to his work. Beyond his professional achievements, Steven is an active member of the American Legion Riders, reflecting his dedication to community and service.

Debbie Gibbons

Comptroller

Debbie Gibbons, our Comptroller at MPS Communications, brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience to our team. Having been with MPS for more than 17 years, she plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the Accounting Department and managing Financial Operations. She works closely with the President, making decisions that ensure the financial stability and growth of MPS.

Debbie is dedicated to enhancing the Accounting Department by implementing innovative processes and technology. Her values along with her dedication, help MPS achieve secure and accurate record keeping. She prides herself on her deep understanding of the company’s operations and her meticulous attention to detail. Both attributes allow her to balance shifting priorities and meet crucial deadlines that are critical to the success of the business.

Jeff Dodd

Director, Systems Development

Jeff views most repetitive tasks as opportunities for automation. As the Director of Systems Development at MPS Communications, he leverages over 30 years working on different technology platforms to improve the accuracy and quality of MPS products and services.

Never content with version 1 of any solution, Jeff continually evolves and refines MPS technical systems to increase throughput. The gains in speed of these automated processes allow MPS to make good on the MPS responsive service model.

Brian Sommar

Consultant

Brian represents the creative “bridge” within MPS Communications. His 35-plus years of graphic arts experience include positions that ranged from Art Director to Executive Director of Advertising Production and Monthly Operations. At MPS Communications, Brian combines his 10 years of operational experience at TV Guide with his formal training in design to develop systems and processes for pharmaceutical and health care organizations. As a project management practitioner, his approach to design marries the core processes of project management with fundamental principles of marketing. The creation of this “bridge” between these two different disciplines is what drives the design effort to achieve the stated business goals of the project.

Brian believes clearly defined business goals and measurements of success create the foundation for all projects.
